**2.3. Duplicate Transactions:**

**Stakes will NOT be refunded** under the following circumstances:

4. Bonus Money and Free Bets

Any bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits awarded to you are **non-refundable and non-withdrawable**. If you use a free bet and it loses, the free bet is consumed. If it wins, only the winnings (minus the free bet stake) are credited to your withdrawable balance. The original free bet stake is never refunded.
